The ERRU service needs to be addressed using the EUCARIS Generic Services, and consist of the following messages:
ERRU v1.5:
Synchronous (request, response):
- TMCheckGoodReputeRequest, TMCheckGoodReputeResponse
Asynchronous:
- TUNotificationInfringementRequest
- TUNotificationInfringementResponse
- TMCheckGoodReputeResponse
- TUAcknowledgementNI
- TUAcknowledgementNIResp
ERRU v2.0:
Synchronous (request, response):
- ERRUCheckGoodReputeRequest, ERRUCheckGoodReputeResponse
- ERRUCheckCommunityLicenceRequest, ERRUCheckCommunityLicenceResponse
Asynchronous:
- ERRUInfringementRequest
- ERRNotificationInfringementResponse
- ERRUInfringementAckReq(*)
- ERRUInfringementAckResp(*)
- ERRUErrorNotification(*)
The synchronous messages must be send using the GenericService. To send a request to EUCARIS, use the “Getinfo” operation. The Asynchronous messages must be send and retrieved using the GenericAsyncService. To send a message (both request and response) to EUCARIS, use the “Send” operation. To get an index of received requests and responses, use the “Index” operation. To retrieve a received message (both request and response) from EUCARIS, use the “Receive” operation. Received messages can also be configured to be forwarded to an external system for processing.
Please note that the ERRU messages (both v1.5 and v2.0) are sent through the EC Central Hub, and never directly to the other Member State even if it has the ERRU service implemented using EUCARIS.
(*) The ERRUInfringementAckReq, ERRUInfringementAckResp and ERRUErrorNotification message are part of the protocol between the EUCAIS Broker and the EC Central HUb and do not have to be sent by an EUCARIS Client nor legacy service. The messages are automatically generated by EUCARIS.
Please review the ERRU Functional FAQs for more information regarding ERRU message handling.
