This update adds the VAT functionality.

Service plugin

This update installs the required service plugin and adds the VAT services, authorisation, logging, and XSDs to the EUCARIS core. After installation EUCARIS is able to receive and transfer single and multiple VAT VHOH and Hit/NoHit messages.

Web client plugin

This update installs a web client plugin for the default EUCARIS web client.

Installation

The EUCARIS Core Update SU-U44-1 or higher must be installed prior to this update. The installation process is described in detail in the “EUCARIS – Installation and Operation Manual.pdf” document, available on this site.

Upgrade notes

This is a cumulative update. Previous VAT VHOH System Updates do not not have to be uninstalled prior to this update. Any existing translated languages, local services configuration, user profiles and logging configuration is retained.

  • Fixed bug to prevent EUCARIS from sending a response message which doesn’t comply with the XSD when a the URL to a local legacy (configured under Service Configuration) couldn’t be resolved.
  • The RequestBatchId of an asynchronous VAT-message is now stored in the FileName of the Download and Upload Queue. It’s now possible to retrieve messages from the Download Queue by using the RequestBatchId (in the Receive method of the GenericAsyncService).
