VH Notification go-live

The VHRNotification service as part of the EUCARIS treaty services pack in EUCARIS v7, will be replaced by the VHNotification service EUCARIS v8, the implementation requires a big bang strategy where all participating countries go-live with (switch to) the new v8 VHNotification service at the same moment, as announced during recent TWGs.

The go-live is scheduled to take place on September 13th, 2023

Planning:

✅ Before August 1^st, 2023: EUCOP will publish the needed System and Configuration Updates and produces and distributes a migration manual
✅ From August 1^st until September 1^st: Countries can install the new updates on their EUCARIS acceptance environments
✅ Before September 9^th, 2023: Countries have installed the most recent available System Updates on their EUCARIS production environment
✅ September 13^th : Before 08:00am EUCOP publishes a new Configuration Update (CU) that includes all configuration for the VH Notification service and informs the relevant countries
This has become CU 6.2.360
✅ The relevant countries should install the new CU within the window of 08:00 (CEST) until 12:00 (CEST) on September 13th, 2023
