Maintenance

Ireland: maintenance 8th April 2025 – 17:00 pm to 00:00 am

Germany will switch from RESPER 1.0 to RESPER 2.0 on Monday 14th of April in the morning at 8:30 am.
It is possible, that DE will not be available for RESPER requests fore some time.
The interruption will be as short as possible.

Please note that Fujitsu will be applying the latest updates on UAT Eucaris tomorrow 1st April and the Production the following day 2nd April 2025 between 11am and 2pm on both days.

Updated maintenance window:

This is to announce that the Register of vehicles in Czech Republic will have maintenance on 9-4-2025 20,00-24,00.
The EUCARIS services PRUM, CBE, VAT, TOLL, eCALL will be affected and not available.

We would like to inform you that due to the planned update of the EUCARIS all services on PL site will be temporarily unavailable during the implementation. Estimated time of unavailability 30 min. in day: planned for March 27,2025, between 20:00 and 20:30.

we are informing you that starting at 10 am on Monday, March 24, we will switch to the new Production Eucaris system.

The new system is a new installation on a new Oracle database.

We will inform you about the outcomes and the end of the activity.

On 11.03.2025 from 17:00 to 20:00 Slovakia planned maintenance on their production environment.
In that period of time, Slovakia will be unavailable.

On March 11, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Eucaris Poland will be updated.

Maintenance work will cause temporary unavailability of the EUCARIS system.

This is an information notice of scheduled maintenance work on the NVDF Systems:.

Start Time: Wednesday 12^th March 2025 –  21.00 to 23.00

Services affected:  Forgotten pin, ORD online service, Plastic Card Scanning(SGS/OCR) & PCDU Interface, NDLS, RTOL User application & public web site, COVIS interface, Taxi Regulator, IIF & AXA Interfaces, NVDF Read Only Enquiry System; Driver Read only Enquiry Systems, Motor Tax System, Eucaris ERRU & RESPER,  Garda Staging server, Agency Staging Server automated uploads & Service provider test & development systems;

All systems will be available after the work is complete but if you experience any issues then please e-mail our customer services section at dvcsdcustomer@transport.gov.ie and the issue will be investigated on Thursday 13^th March.
