Use of the EUCARIS system

Slovenia is participant of EUCARIS and is making use of the EUCARIS technology for information exchange based on

• the EU Prüm Council Decisions (2008/615/JHA and 2008/616/JHA),
• the 3rd Driving Licence Directive (2006/126/EU),
• the Road Safety Directive (2015/413/EU),
• the Council Regulation (EU) No 904/2010 on administrative, cooperation and combating fraud in the field of value added tax and
• the Interoperability of electronic toll systems Directive (2019/520/EU).
