1.1      General information

Exchange of driving licence information for exchange purposes or enforcement tasks. Driving licence info can either be obtained by providing identifying details of the natural person holding the licence, or by providing identifying details of the licence, i.e. the number.

Legal base: EUCARIS Treaty + Annex (data set)
Data provided to (per 01-01-2018): B, CY, CZ, D, EST, GB, GBJ, GBM, GBZ, I, IS, L, LT, LV, N, NL, RO, RO (RAR), S, SK
Legal retention period: 12 months (Art. 17 iv) unless otherwise determined in national legislation.
